Job Description

Job Description: Support Analyst II Bank Secrecy Act Specialist

Location: Temple TX 76502

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college preferred.

Experience:

At least two years of banking experience. Familiarity with Extracos BSA policy as well as CIP and Beneficial Owner procedures. Commercial account experience beneficial.

Knowledge requirements:

Must be able to work independently and have good time management skills. Must be dependable confident and well organized. Must have the ability to be direct in a professional manner. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and sit for long periods at a time.

Work Hours:

8 am 5 pm Monday Friday

Training expectations for this position:

Must be familiar with Extracos Bank Secrecy Act Policy as well as with Extracos Beneficial Owner and Customer Information Policy. Must stay in tune to any changes made to BSA compliance requirements for financial institutions.

Duties:

  • Ensure bank staff is familiar and compliant with Extracos BSA policy and procedures including CIP and Beneficial Owner Procedures.
  • Manage Non Resident Alien accounts.
  • Assist with BSA worklists.
