As a Lead Business Analyst you will be at the forefront of NiX global expansion working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Drive creation of various analytical products to support advanced decision making in corporate environment
• Build Modern Data Platform using AWS and Snowflake tools that integrates 20 corporate systems like Workday JDE Salesforce etc
• Analyze the clients business requirements challenges and objectives and converts them into product specifications
• Identify manage and facilitate business stakeholders from different business units to elicit requirements present solution options and validate selected solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the data migration process
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and DevOps teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Define and implement best practises of Business analysis considering customer and product context
• Coordinate work of several BAs within coupled components
• Identify dependencies across multiple vendors and components manage them properly.
• Build and maintain product roadmap
• Identifying potential risks in the project including technical financial and operational risks and suggesting mitigation strategies is an important part of their role.
• Provide adhoc analyses and insights to support business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 5 years) as a Business Analyst Product Owner or in a similar role including at least 2 years of experience as Lead Business Analyst or Product manager
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g.SAP BW SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance practices
• Experience in delivering complex project in enterprise environment
• Experience in feature development from the initiation to UAT and production support
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize the features based on business value and present it to business stakeholders
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present technical details to nontechnical audiences
• Excellent problemsolving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• English UpperIntermediate/Advanced
• Ukrainian native or ability to speak and understand.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure AWS or GCP services (e.g. Azure Data Factory Databricks ADLS Synapse)
• Experience in leading group of BAs 35 professionals)
• Experience in integration with corporate systems (e.g. Salesforce SAP Workday etc)
• Understanding or experience with MDM concept is a plus
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis is a plus.
• Experience in Scaled Agile methodologies
• Professional certifications like IIBA CCBA or CBAP PMIPBA or similar
