You will implement customize maintain and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure the ERP system supports business processes effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Understands current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Develops and implements customizations enhancements and integrations with other business applications to meet business requirements.
- Provides ongoing support to ERP system users by troubleshooting issues and resolving systemrelated problems.
- Conducts user training sessions and develops training materials.
- Ensures data accuracy consistency and security within the ERP system.

Qualifications
5 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Prophet21 Microsoft Dynamics others) in the manufacturing and/or distribution industries.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Management Computer Science Business Administration or a related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in SQL database management programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a focus on providing a high level of customer service.
