Role: Customer Service Manager
Location: Bangalore
ORDER MANAGEMENT AND PROCESSING
Check the conformity of orders and delivery programs with the negotiated commercial offers.
Check the solvency and financial outstanding of customers and alert the Sales Manager in the event of a problem and update payment terms accordingly.
Ensures the processing and administrative and commercial monitoring of orders according to SAP data.
Takes care of all formalities related to export.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Ensures the creation and updating of customer information in databases (C4C etc..
Liaise between factory and customer to address Lead time Quality and Overdue payment subjects.
Performs needs assessments for customers to recommend products and services and builds rapport with customers.
Tracking sales leads coordinating providing customer service and managing customer accounts.
Maintain a clean appearance to represent the company and its brand.
Improve customer relations by regular communications.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry regulations.
SALES
Respond to customer RequestforQuotations or tenders and perform initial Commercial analysis after
quotations reception from factory.
Following up with customers post Commercial offer submission.
Make weekly/monthly sales visit plan and support Sales Manager in realising the visits.
Make sales calls to prospects and customers.
Advise customers and prospects on technical or commercial questions and support them in their projects.
Visit customers and prospects and make clear reports about potential and requirements.
Support to record sales data in Monthly reporting in Flash (Current month sales and 4 months forecast)
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration from a reputed institution or equivalent.
Experience 24 years
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Skills:
Incoterm Rules ICC.
International Logistics transport and Warehousing.
The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
French language skills will be added advantage.
Experience in administration and highvolume office work.
Interpersonal skills: Selfdriven Agility and Adaptability Rigor selforganized and determined Active listening and Patience Influence without authority.
