Description:
We are hiring for our client a marketleading manufacturing employer based in Cookstown. Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to progress their career in a dynamic and growthoriented environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 23 years of commercial experience and will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts budgets forecasts and variance analysis.

The Role:
- Prepare monthly management accounts including budgets forecasts and variance analysis
- Preparation of yearend accounts and statutory financial statements
- Interpret and present data findings to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and reporting timeframes
- Calculate taxes owed and prepare tax returns (VAT and Corporation Tax) ensuring timely submission and tracking payments or refunds
- Enhance efficiency with processes and recordkeeping
The Person:
- Minimum of 23 years of commercial experience in Northern Ireland
- At least 1 years experience in preparing monthly management accounts including budgets forecasts and variance analysis
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software
- Proven ability to deliver against deadlines
- High level of commercial and business acumen
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Aptitude for building relationships and influencing laterally
