Job Description

Our client a world leader in diagnostics and life sciencesis looking for an OCM Coordinator based out of IndianapolisIN

Duration:2Years

Summary:

This role is part of theOrganizational Change Management (OCM) team working closely with global andlocal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA as part ofenterprise transformation.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead OCM communicationand training activities.
  • Conduct stakeholder andimpact assessments.
  • Implement changemanagement strategies and ensure adoption of OCM toolkits.
  • Support site deploymentleads and functional teams in managing change.
  • Track progress andprovide updates to the global OCM team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Project Management IT Pharma Organizational Development orrelated fields.
  • Experience inOrganizational Change Management and largescale transformations.
  • Stakeholder managementexpertise in corporate environments.
  • PROSCI PractitionerCertificate or equivalent preferred.
  • SAP S/4HANA experienceis a plus.
  • Background in large ITservice management projects would be a plus
