This role isnt just about crunching numbers its about driving real impact by merging data solutions into client engagements and marketing sciences products. Youll work handinhand with stakeholders to craft tailored solutions that meet our clients unique needs all while showcasing your expertise in both individual and team settings. Your code will serve as the bedrock of our service offering ensuring optimal performance and maintenance of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative manner and Interact with other analytic team members Data Analysts Project Managers and Business Analysts to learn project data needs and define project scope
- Design develop optimize and maintain data architecture and pipelines that adhere to ETL principles and business goals (Python and SQL)
- Maintain enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake preferred but not required)
- Build analytic products in the form of presentations data outputs system integrations business intelligence platforms and AI outputs
- Foster a culture of sharing reuse design for scale stability and operational efficiency of code queries and data engineering processes (Git Management SOP creation Requirement Maintenance)
Qualifications:
- 45 years of handson practical experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ETL processing to be used for data analysis and modeling
- Minimum 2 years of working knowledge in Python and SQL is a must
- Experience working with clickstream data sets and data lakes is a must
- Ability to gather requirements from non technical stakeholders and clients
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI Microsoft Fabric and Tableau
Bonus Points!
- Healthcare experience
- Postsecondary education in computer science
- Demonstrate working knowledge in database design and management
