What we are looking for in our next Headteacher
We are seeking an outstanding senior leader with the passion drive and enthusiasm to build on our considerable strengths. You will be able to lead motivate develop and inspire a school team of staff and governors who are passionately committed to giving pupils a wide range of reallife and enriching experiences. We would like to hear from existing headteachers and talented deputy headteachers who feel that they have the knowledge and expertise to help us raise outcomes and help the school to consistently deliver.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to manage prioritise and organise your workload to show flexibility and resilience and recognise the need for pastoral care for all members of the school community.
Community engagement and outreach is important at Sprites and we are seeking a new headteacher who will build on the successes of the current headteacher to further raise the profile of the school in the local area.
A commitment to wellbeing and mental health is essential.
