Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expert in Sales domain with a core sales hunter spirit.
- Experience in a client onboarding and relationship building role.
- Acquiring new clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills: both written and oral.
- Knowledge or experience in handling technical products sales ideally Automation / IoT / Communication / networking products.
- Knowledge or strong interest of Renewable Energy Building Management Smart Cities markets.
- Responsible for theorigination of sales networkfor the organization in the given region.
- Industry knowledge and research: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the clients industry including industry trends industry business processes industry financial measurements and performance indicators and key client competitors in their industry.
- Meeting quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Responsible formaintaining and enhancing strong relationship with existing and new client acquisition.
- Identify unrated clients and facilitate them in migrating over our monitoring solutions.
- Sensibility to Building MIS & market intelligence about competitors preparing geography wise and service wise sales plans and achieving them.
Requirements
Academic training:
- Any technical base is appreciated.B.E / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics & Communications / Instrumentation / Renewables / Embedded / IT.
- Any Graduation in business management will strongly be appreciated.
- Over specific academic training we are looking for a profile with a strong team spirit really sales oriented found of new and green technologies able to talk with high level interlocutors.
- Strong Sales oriented candidate with business development and new client acquisition skills.
