Job Description
Were seeking a dynamic selfmotivated and organized individual to join our team to meet the growing demands of training for IN sellers. Were seeking a Program Associate to drive seller education initiatives through adoption of training content content development and webinar . In this role you will play a crucial role in enhancing seller success through effective educational and training programs.

Key job responsibilities
Drive training adoption through datadriven strategies
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to develop and maintain training content
Manage endtoend content development cycle from conceptualization to launch
Plan and execute webinar programs ensuring highquality delivery and seller engagement
Track and report program metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external teams for content accuracy and compliance
Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery of training materials
Partner with subject matter experts to create impactful training content

IN Selling Partner Education and Communication (IN SPEC) is the central hub for engaging with IN sellers throughout their lifecycle. As part of the Selling Partner Services (SPS) org our mission is to empower sellers across India to thrive on Amazon through a selfservice relationship. The Seller Education within IN SPEC drives seller success through educational resources tailored to the unique needs of our seller community to ensure sellers can navigate the complexities of the marketplace with ease. Through a multifaceted approach we deliver highquality content across various platforms including Seller University webinars and the SPN

Bachelors degree
