Key job responsibilities
Drive training adoption through datadriven strategies
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to develop and maintain training content
Manage endtoend content development cycle from conceptualization to launch
Plan and execute webinar programs ensuring highquality delivery and seller engagement
Track and report program metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal and external teams for content accuracy and compliance
Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery of training materials
Partner with subject matter experts to create impactful training content

As part of the Selling Partner Services (SPS) org our mission is to empower sellers across India to thrive on Amazon through a selfservice relationship. The Seller Education within IN SPEC drives seller success through educational resources tailored to the unique needs of our seller community to ensure sellers can navigate the complexities of the marketplace with ease.
