Description
Under the supervision of the Program Director the Team Leader is expected to serve as a participating member of the clients team and provide services to promote positive behavioral change for clients. Responsible for clinical oversight of client care and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services including the assessment and service planning processes. Provides or coordinates all covered services (e.g. case management outreach crisis intervention and counseling) to address clients individual treatment needs. Responsible for providing ongoing training support and education to their team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters or bachelors degree and 1year behavioral health work experience (preferably as a Recovery Coach).
- Associate Degree and 3 years behavioral health work experience (preferably with at least 1 year as a Recovery Coach)
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus four 4 years of behavioral health work experience (preferably with at least 1 year as a Recovery Coach).
- High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of behavioral health work experience (preferably with at least 1 year as a Recovery Coach).
