BUSINESS ANALYST SALES OPERATIONS
ABOUT YOU: The Business Analyst Sales Operations acts as a systems and process expert managing user configurations and executing business processes. They serve as the primary support contact for training information dissemination and issue resolution while also documenting and maintaining processes and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP). The role involves collaborating with IT on both existing and new projects particularly during major process changes that require system configuration adjustments. By gathering business requirements for CRM systems and working closely with business leaders and development teams the Business Analyst ensures the continuous improvement and success of sales operations.
YOU HAVE: - Education.BA/BS degree with an analytical discipline or 24 years of directly related experience.
- Experience.General knowledge of business processes or function.
- Technical Skills.Working knowledge of Salesforce and Agile proficiency in systems analysis and/or analytical ability to devise systems and/or process solutions to solve complex business problems. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Preferred knowledge of Jira.
- Drive.Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions individually while working under general be able to work independently as well as a member of a team and work with confidential material and information.
- Great Communication Skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to analyze and interpret business to write reports and other varied business correspondence and present information effectively.
- Typical/expected of overnight travel.Less than one week/year 2.
YOU WILL: - CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Ability to work with sales IT and operations teams to gather analyze and document business requirements to drive improvements while building strong relationships and trust.
- Support development team by ensuring training materials are documented for business users for successful adoption of new process processes.
- First line of user support including training information dissemination to other users and issue resolution.
- Process Review (Identifying major process change working with IT for approvals and to test and implement process change and documenting/communicating the process change).
- Agile Methodology Acumen:
- Ability to translate business requirements into process flows user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize and manage product backlog.
- Serve as a liaison to the development teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.

- Business Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with Sales Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation that align with our strategic goals.
- Provide various process flows and reporting to support improvements.
- Outline testing requirements to systems and ensures processes are complete and correct.

- Selfstarter who can operate independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactively organize and follow up on meetings and action items to support overall project needs with ability to multitask
