This highachieving secondary school in Whitton Hounslow is seeking an ambitious Physics Subject Lead to join their successful department from September 2025. Physics Subject Lead Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Physics department across KS3 KS4 and ALevel.
- Deliver highquality lessons while supporting and developing a team of teachers.
- Oversee the Physics curriculum ensuring student success and engagement.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership to shape the departments vision and progress.
- Support ALevel Physics students with a strong uptake in the subject.
Physics Subject Lead Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have:
- QTS or equivalent with a strong subject knowledge in Physics.
- Experience teaching ALevel Physics with leadership aspirations or experience.
- A passion for inspiring students and supporting colleagues in their development.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
