Climbing Arborist Crew Leader
Description:
As a Climbing Arborist you will be responsible for delivering value to our clients and providing the highest standard of tree care service. The ideal candidate will have completed a Cert 3 in arboriculture and possess a growth mindset and passion for career growth.
As a crew leader you will work within a welldefined system with processes and policies designed to deliver consistent value aligned with our purpose and values. Your responsibilities include ensuring the safety and guidance of your team as well as delivering quality service and customer care. Working alongside a team of passionate professionals youll have access to industryleading business operations and equipment and the opportunity to advance your career in a growing company.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in all aspects of climbing and job site operations including tree felling climbing rigging and machinery operations.
Crew and site management skills including job safety recordkeeping delegation and time management.
Wellpresented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
Certificate 3 in arboriculture.
MR Truck Licence.
Chainsaw and tree felling tickets.
First Aid Certification.
EWP Licence.
Desirable Attributes:
Growth mindset.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Willingness to take on new challenges in their career.
