Through clinical services education and research The Family Institute at Northwestern University is one of the nations leading relationshipbased behavioral health organizations committed to strengthening and healing children and adolescents couples families and individuals. THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO the directors fundamental responsibility is to build a thriving connected wellfunctioning team and programs as part of the larger organizational practice. The Director of Couples Services provides leadership with respect to talent recruitment and management organizational and financial planning clinical effectiveness and external relations.

Compensation is based on a number of factors including but not limited to: scope and responsibilities of the position; a candidates applicable work experience key skills and qualifications as well as internal and external market pay range for this fulltime exempt position is $105000.00 $140250.00/year.
