CAPSA is seeking a Clinical Services Director to lead our trauma informed therapy programs and provide direct supervision to a talented team of clinicians and interns. This position is a unique opportunity for a mission driven leader who understands the importance of maintaining high standards in service delivery while building a supportive and collaborative team culture.

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services team while supporting long-term growth and cultivating professional development for staff and interns.
The Clinical Services Director works closely with the Specialty Divisions Director to shape programming maintain quality standards and integrate emerging best practices. Youll also maintain a limited client caseload and take a lead role in internal crisis response and staff support. This position is both strategic and hands-on designed for a licensed clinical leader who wants to strengthen what is working and elevate what is possible.
What Youll Bring:
- Licensure as an LCSW CMHC or LMFT and eligibility to supervise interns and associate level therapists
- A masters degree in social work mental health counseling marriage and family therapy or a related field
- Experience managing trauma informed clinical teams and programs
- Strong working knowledge of high-quality documentation standards integrating systems and meeting grant requirements
- A collaborative team-oriented approach grounded in CAPSAs culture of respect learning and accountability
- The ability to coach and support staff in both day-to-day work and long-term professional growth
Preferred Experience:
- Leadership or supervisory experience within CAPSA or a comparable organization
- Familiarity with SharePoint grant reporting systems and CAPSAs training model
- A history of strong interdisciplinary collaboration and community relationship building
