Director of Embedded Sales
As the Director of Embedded Sales at Boomi you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnerships with leading software companies. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales processes pipeline management deal forecasting and partner development.
You will directly lead a team of OEM sales professionals ensuring the identification recruitment and growth of OEM partnerships to achieve revenue targets. Your leadership will set the strategic direction for the OEM team while also serving as the key liaison between the OEM sales organization and internal stakeholders including product management marketing and partner success teams.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage a highperforming OEM sales team setting clear objectives and ensuring consistent of sales strategies.
Review weekly forecast and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders.
Coach develop and mentor representatives to success in all aspects of the sales cycle lead generation qualification forecasting and closing opportunities while using our channel/partner network
Develop creative proposals and pricing models to drive partner adoption and revenue growth.
Build and execute the overall OEM partner business plan ensuring alignment with company objectives and regularly measuring performance against key metrics.
Lead a crossfunctional team that supports the OEM sales organization ensuring of the business plan and partner success including:
Partner with Product and Partner Marketing to enhance awareness and positioning of Boomis OEM capabilities.
Work with SDRs and Partner Marketing to drive demand generation initiatives and campaigns to support OEM business growth
Work closely with Solutions Consultants to secure technical wins in the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Partner Success to drive adoption ensure partner satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
Hire develop and mentor a highperforming sales team while fostering a collaborative resultsdriven environment.
Conduct career development planning performance evaluations and compensation discussions for team members.
The Experience You Bring:
10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of sales management / leadership experience
Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals
Strong sales acumen with expertise in sales process forecasting and pipeline management.
Ability to develop and implement innovative pricing models and strategic partnership proposals
Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and executing against a business plan.
Selfmotivated and capable of operating in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Technical aptitude and the ability to work closely with solutions consultants and product teams.

Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $252500 $315625 (inclusive of commission).
