Job Posting: Payroll Expert
Location: Goregaon Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days a week
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Expert to join our team and efficiently manage payroll operations for 3000 bluecollar employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling largescale payroll processes and resolving complex payrollrelated issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend payroll processing for 3000 bluecollar employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Identify and resolve complex payroll issues to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with HR and accounts teams to streamline payroll processes.
Work on HRMS software for accurate payroll processing and reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payrollrelated tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience in payroll management preferably in an HR consultancy.
Expertise in handling HRMS software and managing large payroll systems.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage payroll complexities.
Indepth knowledge of labor laws compliance and statutory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
