Roles & Responsibilities:
Setupand troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (LAN WAN IP Telephone/EPABX/INTERCOM AccessPoints Wireless Network wired wireless & local Printer CCTV Windows& Mac OS Office 365 and Google Workspace)
Install and manage servershardware software and any other equipment. Diagnose & resolve hardware& softwarerelated issues
Install and manage Antivirus &Firewall (Sophos). Make configuration changes to devices (Firewall / LoadBalancer / Router / Switches / AP)
Have basic knowledge ofGoogle cloud and MS365
Maintenance of all the desktops/laptops and UPS maintenance. Provide L1 L2support on daytoday basis
Requirements
Requirements:
05 years of experience
Strong knowledge of softwarehardware and IT Infrastructure
Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations
Establish and maintain positiverelationships with external suppliers and internal team and be professional inthe prioritization and of tasks
