Job Description

Training Manager/Curriculum Developer (DoD SkillBridge)
The DOD SkillBridge Program is an opportunity for service members too gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of military service. DOD SkillBridge connects transitioning service members with industry partners in realworld job experiences. More information can be found here: Requirements:
  • Meet all DoD SkillBridge qualifications set forth in DODI 1322.29
  • Served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Within 180 daysof separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Received Unit Commander (first O4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship
Duration:
  • 90180 days
Position Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance/polygraph required
  • Familiar with a variety of the Intelligence Communitys (IC) concepts practices procedures and policies
  • Ability to perform a variety of complex tasks
  • Familiarity with curriculum development policies and practices
Desired Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas
    • Signals Analysis
    • SIGINT Metadata Analysis
    • SIGINT Target Development
    • Cyber/Network Threat Analysis
    • Cyber Planning
    • Target Digital Network Analysis
    • Digital Network Intelligence Analysis
    • Digital Network Exploitation Analysis
    • Malware Analysis
    • Conducting Network Vulnerability Assessments
  • Ideal Candidates would be from one of the following Military Occupational Skill Communities:
    • Air Force 1N4
    • Marine
    • Army 35N 352N 17C 170A)
    • Navy CTN/CWT and CTR Ratings
  • Completed on of the following courses or certifications:
    • Master Training Specialist (MTS)
    • Common Faculty DevelopmentInstructor Course (CFDIC)
    • Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC)
    • Air Force Basic Instructor Course (BIC)
    • Adjunct Faculty (ADET NCS NCU)

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening.
