Your Role
Our commitment to quality and innovation has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee our sectional doors production line. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend production process this includes planning coordinating and overseeing the production line to ensure efficiency quality and timely delivery of orders. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities
- Align production activities with the businesss quality system and goals
- Be accountable for production planning in the value stream
- Manage production planning and personnel for optimal efficiency
- Utilize continuous improvement techniques for overall production enhancement
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental standards

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a people management role preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience managing teams covered by an enterprise agreement or similar
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different departments
- Exposure to lean methodologies and continuous improvement projects
- Strong problemsolving critical thinking project management and time management skills
- Ability to motivate coach mentor and possess wellrounded business acumen
- Computer and technology savvy
