TheAccount DevelopmentClient EngagementManageris a telephonebased position responsiblefortheengagementofidentified manager willmanagerelationshipsby partneringclosely with risk underwriting merchant servicesand Marketingtoprovidesolutions for customers.
This positionis responsible fortreatinga customer baseandwill be fluid based on where we see the biggest opportunitiesbased on data analytics(part portfolio management partmonthlycustomer actions).
Job Responsibilities

- Effectively manage alist ofprioritizedcustomers with anexistingAmerican ExpressBusiness/Corporateprogram where anengagementopportunity has beenidentified
- Meet minimum expectations forFormulaForSuccess(FFS) which is a set number of calls customer meetings and other productivity metrics

- High levelof Financial Fluency and understanding of theunderwriting andrisk process. Must be abletodrive results through creativeproblem solving
- Partner closely with riskunderwritingand GMNStoidentifyanddevelopsolutions for customersbased oncustomerneeds
- Use consultative skillstoretaincustomer relationship andcharge volume
- Maintaina high levelof knowledge about American Express products processes (Underwriting Line Increase Customer Financials Pricing Contract) key internal partners (RiskUWAPPI) and tools ( C360
- Partner with Field Dedicated Portfolio Account Development team when a telephonemanaged customerrequiresa facetoface visit

Salary Range: $80000.00 to $155000.00 annually bonus benefits
