We are seeking an experienced Regional Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of payroll processing across the Europe Region.

The successful candidate will ensure accuracy compliance and timely payments for employees in multiple European countries. This role involves collaborating with various departments resolving payroll discrepancies and providing excellent service to employees. The position also involves process improvement managing data integrity and using technology to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with local laws.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.


In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build and manage a regional payroll team setting ambitious goals and managing performance to deliver worldclass payroll services.
Coordinate endtoend payroll processing for all Copeland employees in the Europe Region ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies relating to payroll.
Coordinate and maintain payroll systems ensuring data integrity and successfully implementing system upgrades and improvements.
Provide leadership and support for global work plans to maintain compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in payroll services looking for chances to improve our capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
Stay updated on payroll regulations tax laws and industry trends to maintain compliance with standard methodologies.
Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payrollrelated information.
Take an active role in internal and external audits.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or a related field preferred with equivalent experience.
5 years of proven experience in payroll management including processing payroll in multiple European countries.
Indepth knowledge of global payroll processes labor laws taxation and statutory compliance.
Proven experience leading teams to achieve results.
Proficiency in payroll and time tracking systems such as Workday ADP and Kronos with experience implementing and managing payroll systems across countries.
English fluency in verbal and written communications.
Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization including breaking down complex topics for target audiences.
Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely followup and resolution.
Demonstrate an elevated level of integrity discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Proficiency in any other European languages.
Experience in managing diverse teams and navigate regionspecific laws.
Experience in streamlining processes coordinating with collaborators and implementing new policies.
