What Youll Do:
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries requests and concerns delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations
- Manage client transactions including renewals new sales marketing and service requests adhering to brand standards and company policies
- Develop innovative sales strategies to increase profit margins and enhance the customer experience
- Coach and mentor entrylevel team members on sales techniques relationshipbuilding and procedural knowledge
- Organize and manage your schedule to ensure maximum efficiency accuracy and timeliness
- Stay uptodate on industry trends new product releases and emerging technologies to continuously improve your performance
- Utilize exceptional active listening skills to understand client needs and provide insightful solutions that drive sales
