About the Opportunity: Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading commercial landscape company in Arlington TX to recruit an Irrigation Manager. This role involves leading an irrigation team managing operations and contributing to business growth.
Compensation:
- $80k $110k plus bonus

Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial irrigation operations including scheduling and client management.
- Train and develop the irrigation team focusing on safety and quality.
- Expand the companys client base through proactive sales.
- Collaborate with management on operational optimization and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- 5 years of green industry experience.
- 7 years of irrigationspecific experience.
- Valid TX Drivers License and TX Irrigation License.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
