Job Description
WisEngineering LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates for a potential upcoming opportunity supporting Department of Defense programs at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover NJ. Key Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is REQUIRED No exceptions.
- This is an onsite position 5 days per week at Picatinny Arsenal Dover NJ. Remote work is not permitted.
- Candidates must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense (limited relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
Position Overview:
WisEngineering LLC is seeking a Multimedia Support Specialist to provide multimedia and visual information support for DEVCOM Armaments Center (AC). This role requires expertise in photography graphic design video production presentation support and AV equipment setup and management. The selected candidate will also manage work orders using the Visual Information Ordering System (VIOS) to ensure streamlined service tracking and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Multimedia & Visual Information Support:
- Set up and manage audiovisual equipment for meetings briefings and special events.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of multimedia equipment for various functions.
- Deliver graphic design services including creating promotional materials presentations and digital content.
- Arrangephotography services for official events documentation and marketing materials.
- Support broadcast video and audio production including filming editing and postproduction.
Work Order & System Management:
- Utilize the Visual Information Ordering System (VIOS) to streamline work orders and ensure accurate recordkeeping for services provided.
- Process customer requests for multimedia support via VIOS ensuring timely and highquality service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with Department of the Army (DA) policies regarding visual information and multimedia services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in multimedia production visual information or related fields.
- Proficiency in photography videography graphic design and AV equipment operation.
- Familiarity with the Visual Information Ordering System (VIOS) preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
