Are you a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in building and optimizing chatbot solutions Our client is seeking three talented engineers to join their team and contribute to the development of innovative IVR chatbot solutions using Kore.AI Java and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS. If you have a passion for building efficient workflows and automating tasks this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chatbot Development: Build and enhance IVR chatbot solutions using the Kore.AI XO Platform.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement efficient workflows and task automation.
- Data Extraction & Integration: Support data extraction and retrieval through API integrations.
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Perform unit testing and follow CI/CD best practices with GitHub and Jenkins.
- Collaboration & Support: Work within a collaborative team environment to deliver highquality scalable software solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Kore.AI XO Platform: 46 years of experience building and deploying chatbot solutions.
- Java & JavaScript: 46 years of development experience with Core Java and JavaScript.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: 46 years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA).
- Version Control: 46 years of experience with GitHub for source control and code collaboration.
- CI/CD Tools: 46 years of experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Oracle Healthcare: 46 years of experience working with Oracle Healthcare architecture and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in endtoend software development from design to deployment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments with crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
