Job Description
In this role you will:
As part of the Finance Business Partnering team you will support the Financial Empowerment Domain in maximizing value through financial analysis. In this role youll drive accountability for business performance against strategic business and financial objectives. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate insightful reporting on KPIs to track business performance across Stocks ETFs & Crypto ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes and contributing to significant crossfunctional projects.
- Building financial models tools and processes to enhance financial planning and analysis for Product and Business teams.
- Guiding teams in the development of business cases by analysing historical and current trends to forecast and budget for future opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on financial strategies expectations and performance metrics.
- Collaborating across Finance to interpret the story behind the numbers and deliver actionable insights.
What you need to be successful:
- Educational Background: University degree in Finance Controlling Audit or a related field. Nice to have: MBA or CFA
- Experience: Around 5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking fintech or financial services consulting.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a structured approach to problemsolving combined with solid proficiency in financial modelling planning and analysis tools.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record in working on major projects and initiatives within an FBP function.
- Financial Knowledge: Indepth understanding of financial principles performance metrics and bank products including a basic grasp of regulatory environments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Fluent in English with the ability to clearly convey complex financial data and insights to various stakeholders.
- SelfStarter: Highly motivated with a deep interest in finance and a solid grasp of the technological foundations supporting financial systems.
