Job Overview
Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd is seeking a passionate and skilled CAD Designer to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a fulltime role in the automotive industry where you will be working alongside experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in CAD Python and knowledge of the medical domain as mandatory skills along with strong abilities in 3D modelling 2D design and 3matic.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CAD design with the ability to create detailed and accurate models and drawings. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong understanding of Python programming enabling automation and enhancements of design processes. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in the medical domain with an understanding of specific challenges and requirements. (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in 3D modeling to develop complex surfaces and solid models for various projects.
- Competency in 2D design with the ability to translate concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Familiarity with 3Matic software for optimizing designs suitable for additive manufacturing.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions in a timely manner.
- Detailoriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in all design outputs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop highquality CAD models and detailed drawings to meet project specifications and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and create feasible design solutions.
- Utilize Python scripting to automate repetitive design tasks and enhance efficiency in the design process.
- Engage in the design and optimization of medical devices considering unique industry standards and challenges.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve the design process.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design procedures and modifications for future reference.
