We are experiencing significant growth due to our exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule.
Your Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs and help them take the next step by scheduling a free inhome consultation. Youll distribute marketing materials share valuable information and build relationshipsunderstanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. Were looking for positive highenergy people who can handle the nos with grace and stay focused on creating new opportunities!

Basic Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
- Must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours daily
- Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
- Weekend availability a must
Compensation & Benefits
- $250 signing bonus after first 90 days with the company
- $19.00 per hour
- $35 per appointment
- Bonuses on issued appointments $$ paid every two weeks
- Weekly and monthly additional bonuses
- Up to $1000 referral bonuses
