What Youll Do
As a Project Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the financial and operational success of projects. You will collaborate with project teams to define cost controls develop detailed work plans and allocate resources efficiently. Your expertise in tracking budgets schedules and project deliverables will help ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress preparing financial reports maintaining vendor relationships and providing critical assessments of budgets and cost projections. You will also establish clear communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed and support project managers with datadriven insights for decisionmaking.
If you excel in financial analysis project coordination and effective communication and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment this role offers the perfect opportunity to contribute to project success and business growth.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent oral written presentation and communication skills are required.
- 2 years experience in a project planner cost controller or project coordinator role directly related to project management
- Proficiency in the use of project management tools
- Knowledge of PMI standards and practices
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
