We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal FullStack Developer (MERN) to lead our fullstack development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React Node.js) and a strong track record of delivering highquality web applications. You will play a critical role in developing robust and scalable solutions for our clients and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:Lead the design development and deployment of fullstack web applications using the MERN stack.
- FullStack Development:Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Database Management:Design and manage databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Performance Optimization:Ensure applications are optimized for speed performance and scalability.
- Code Quality:Maintain high standards of code quality including code reviews and best practices.
- Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical leadership and support.
- Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve issues bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:4 years of experience in fullstack development with a strong portfolio of completed projects using the MERN stack.
Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB Express.js React Node.js).
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:Experience with performance optimization security best practices and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).
