**NOW HIRING: WELDERS AND WELDER HELPERS**
Were looking for a skilled Welder and eager Welder Helper to bring their passion and craftsmanship to our team! As a Welder youll work on exciting projects welding everything from structures to equipment while ensuring quality and safety. As a Helper youll assist with setup cleanup and support welding operations learning from the best.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR POSITIONS
Responsibilities:
- Weld metal parts together according to blueprints or specifications
- Prepare surfaces for welding by grinding cleaning and applying flux or filler metal
- Operate welding machines such as arc welders gas welders and resistance welders
- Monitor welding parameters such as temperature and current
- Inspect welds to ensure they are of high quality and meet specifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a welder or welder helper
- Proficient in arc welding gas welding and resistance welding
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MUST be able to travel
