Join our SCA Adelaide Direct Sales team where your success is at the heart of everything we do!
What does your day to day look like
- Set and communicate team direction build strong relationships with clients employees and key accounts and maintain a cohesive team through reward recognition and performance feedback.
- Develop and coach Sales Account Managers and creatives ensuring regular training and field coaching and lead structured inspirational meetings.
- Prepare revenue projections lost business reports and assist in business development and strategy to drive client retention new business and effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor and provide feedback on performance throughout the year and through the annual appraisal process
- Prepare revenue projection reports and lost business reports
- Ensure customer needs analysis and creative problem solving is used effectively and customer focused proposals are prepared using customer focused selling templates
- Assist in the development of business and strategy plans to increase client retention and new business
- Assist the development of marketing strategies in relation to the teams customer focused selling principles and the utilisation of station resources by Account Managers to maximise opportunities
- Proactively recruit staff foster creative problemsolving and implement customerfocused selling principles to deliver exceptional customer service.
What youll need:
- 2 3 years customer focused background essential
- 2 3 years Southern Cross Austereo sales experience desired
- 2 3 years successful sales / management experience desired
- Local and interstate market knowledge desired
