PROFILE FOR DY MANAGER/ MANAGER TRADE COMPLIANCE (GSTCUSTOMS)
GST COMPLIANCES
GST COMPLIANCE ACROSS ALL BUSINESS IN TERMS OF HSN CODES / CLASSIFICATIONS IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF GST DOCUMENTATION FOR SEZ / EPZ/ DEEMED EXPORT BILLING.
GST FILING OF STATUTORY RETURNS FOR ALL THE REGISTRATIONS OBTAINED ACROSS THE COUNTRY WITHIN THE STIPULATED TIME. Monthly / Annual.
FILING OF GST REFUND APPLICATIONS WITH RANGE. FILING OF REPLY TO ALL THE GST RELATED QUERIES OR DEMAND FROM THE DEPARTMENT ACROSS THE COUNTRY. MONITIORING OF ON GOING CASES WITH THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES LIASIONING WITH LAWYERS ATTEDING PERSONAL HEARING WITH JUDICIAL BOARD ETC. Assisting the sales team in finalizing the contract with regard to the GST tax compliance rate of tax exemption notification Sez rules Exports DGH notification and other concessional rates if any along with the documentation flow. Scrutiny of documents pertaining to the dispatches related to SEZ authorities DEEMED EXPORTS MERCHANT EXPORTER EOU UNITS. UPTO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF NEW CHANGES / AMENDMENT FOR GST AND EDUCATE BUSINESS TEAM ACCORDINGLY.
CUSTOMS COMPLIANCES
IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF IMPORT HSN CLASSIFICATION.
3. WELL WORSE WITH PROCESS OF DGFT ADVANCE LICENSES.
4. KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMS CLEARANCES FOR IMPORT AND EXPORT TO ENSURE ALL COMPLIANCES BE MET ON TIME.
5. EXECUTED AEO2 / SVB IN PAST AND WELL VERSED WITH DAYTODAY COMPLIANCES ON SAME.
6. MANAGED EPR AND BIS PROCESSES PERATAINING TO CUSTOMS.
7. UPTO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF NEW CHANGES / AMENDMENT IN CUSTOMS AND EDUCATE
BUSINESS TEAM ACCORDINGLY.
