As an Ad Operations Team Leader on the Ad Operations team in our Gurgaonoffice youll play a vital role in leading a team of ad operations specialists ensuring seamless campaign optimizing processes and driving efficiency. Youll leverage your expertise in digital advertising technologies to support team success enhance workflows and foster a collaborative work environment.
To thrive in this role youll need:
5 years of overall corporate experience with at least 3 years in digital advertising ad operations or campaign management.
3 years of experience managing a team driving performance and coaching employees.
Handson experience with platforms like DV360 Taboola Ads or similar.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to create Salesforce reports for campaign analysis.
Strong problemsolving skills and technical knowledge with basic SQL knowledge preferred.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience creating impactful presentations and delivering key messages to stakeholders.
A background in programmatic advertising and ad tech trends.

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including account management marketing analytics and customer support to ensure smooth campaign .
