Qualification: BE/B Tech/Diploma Mechanical
Practical Exposure: 3 to 5 Years
Required Skills: Maintenance of Mechanical Pre equipments. VRM and RP preferable. Communication skills. Computer literacy Use of SAP Learning agility Proactive working
Job Description:
- Day to day inspection and maintenance of Cement Plant equipments
- Maintenance Pyro section Work in Shift operation in Mechanical Pre.
- Ensure safe working by complying all the UTCL safety Standards.
- Comply to SBO WTI CAPA schedule and Near Miss recommendations.
- Carry out R1/R2. S1/S2 check as per the schedule. Daily check list.
- All the abnormalities to be recorded and plan rectification in next opportunities.
- To complete WHY WHY analysis and find the root causes for the breakdown.
- Comply to systems requirement WCM ISO implementation at site.
- To identify and execute the improvement jobs.
- Spares & maintenance planning for routine short term & for shut down.
