YOUR MISSION

Your mission will be to perform essential administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of revenue operations processes. Youll utilize your Excel skills to manage data requests prepare reports etc; you will ensure accuracy and consistency in the management of contracts by reviewing contract terms and updating relevant data across systems such as Salesforce. You will play a critical role in maintaining seamless alignment between local and HQ contract documentation and internal databases enabling the business to make informed decisions and streamline operations.

THE JOURNEY

  • Administrative support for Account Management:
    • Review and address local team requests (tickets) ensuring timely resolutions.
    • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of account management documents such as reports on contract discrepancies achievement issues process documentation and presentations.
  • Spreadsheet Management:
    • Maintain and update internal spreadsheets with key data and metrics (Target Setting Achievements Tracker).
    • Assist in building a tracking system for Exclusivity Partners performance metrics and contract expirations.
    • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy of data in all systems
  • Contract Review and Analysis:
    • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure key contract terms (such as pricing timelines and service levels) are correctly reflected in internal systems.
    • Highlight discrepancies between contracts and system data and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Data Management in Salesforce:
    • Track contract status renewals and amendments in Salesforce.
    • Ensure that Salesforce data is consistent with backend systems and spreadsheets.
  • Process Improvement and Documentation:
    • Prepare reports on contract status discrepancies found and data updates for internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure all documentation is systematically filed and easily accessible to team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Availability for 6 months fulltime internship
  • Advanced english
  • Educational Background: Business Law Finance or related fields
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate contract review and data governance.
  • Spreadsheet Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (VLOOKUP Complex formulation).
  • Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize tasks and manage contract timelines.
  • Communication: Clear collaboration with legal finance and tech teams.
  • ProblemSolving: Proactive in identifying and resolving data discrepancies

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in administrative or content management roles.
  • Basic understanding of contracts and legal terms.
