This role is perfect for a techsavvy problem solver who loves engaging with customers and contributing to realworld impact. As a Customer Solutions Engineer youll bridge the gap between technical integration and customer success ensuring smooth deployments resolving complex issues and helping clients optimise their data insights.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Technical Expertise: Be the goto product expert supporting the Customer Success team by resolving technical challenges troubleshooting integrations and communicating solutions effectively to customers.
- HandsOn Deployments: Oversee technical implementations working directly with APIs Python scripts SQL databases and IoT platforms to deliver smooth and reliable solutions.
- Customer Impact: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive key success metrics like customer retention app uptime and issue resolution.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with thirdparty delivery teams and contribute to strategy development improving processes for enhanced customer satisfaction and efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS business 24 years in a similar role).
- A background as a Customer Solutions Engineer Technical Customer Success Manager Implementation Specialist or similar.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of server infrastructure IoT systems Windows OS REST APIs and databases.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
