Hello night owl! We trust you to look after our guests while they arrive late at the hotel while they are asleep and while they are getting ready for the next day. You will excel at caring for guests employees and providing a safe haven during the night at The Usual Brussels.

As a night host you are coresponsible for the wellbeing of fellow employees guest satisfaction & financial health on a daily basis. Your core focus is to create a welcoming and unforgettable experience for our guests while being responsible for the safety of our guests and fellow employees. During your shift you are engaged in:

• Performing common reception duties such as checking guests in and out and providing information;
• Monitoring the sleep and safety of our guests;
• Closing the bar area;
• Ensuring that the hotel is ready for the morning.

With a genuine and friendly nature you effortlessly build connections with others. As a team player you thrive in an environment of open communication and honest feedback. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability. In your work you enjoy a wide range of tasks and with your time management skills you ensure that everything is handled. Next to this the following requirements apply:

• Night auditor: previous hotel (or similar) experience is great but its not a must for us if youre eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
• Fluency in English is essential additional languages are a plus.
• Fulltime and flexible with shifts from 23:0007:00.
• Must have a heart for sustainability.
• You are legally allowed to work in Belgium.

• Salary according to category 6 of the Horeca PC302. On top of that theres a night allowance for every night shift worked.
