Our client an expert in the transport and logistics industry is looking for aKey Accounts Manager/Customer Relations Manager that serves as the primary point of contact for clients responsible for managing overseeing and maintaining their accounts to drive client retention foster growth enhance operational efficiency and ensure profitability.
Duties:
- Meet organic business development and client retention targets.
- Seek opportunities to upsell to existing clients.
- Negotiate and implement rate increases ensuring alignment with thecompanys pricing strategy and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and of strategic accountmanagement plans
- Assess& gauge client profitability
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring highsatisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to enhance overallcustomer experience.
- Participate in monthly checkins with your clients.
- Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments reduceoutstanding debts and contribute to overall financial stability.
- Build effective relationships with allstakeholders (Operations Customer Service Finance) to ensure that businessrequirements are met in accordance with service level agreements planspolicies and procedures and to support the delivery of excellent customerservice
