Organize communication needs and requests throughout the QU School of Business.
Utilize the available tools and resources to prepare and distribute communication. This may include emails newsletters invitations social media posts and print materials.
Become a contributing member of the schools support staff on all communications efforts.
Review/develop content calendars.
Post on the QU School of Business social media channels as needed.
Provide weekly status updates on projects and new requests.
Partner with Senior Director of Marketing & Communications to identify and address content voids and opportunities.
Manage all distribution lists for the QU School of Business requesting new contacts from deans team faculty staff and alumni & development as needed.
Qualifications:
Current QU student
Federal Work Study is preferred
Microsoft Word Excel
Experience working within multiple social media platforms
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good writing & editing skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn new software and tools
Hours of Position:
1015 hours per week
Position is located offcampus: 3071 Whitney Avenue near Whitney Village shuttle stop.
