In this role as Gen AI engineer on the Global Data and Analytics (GDA) team you will be working on our new strategic visibility initiative to develop recommendation solutions facing internal and external users. The overall objective is to develop actionable recommendations which enable unprecedented flexibility during supply chain and strategic planning and unlock new types of services for our internal users and our customers. Building on top of a bestinindustry visibility data foundation you will be partnering with product managers and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions following industry bestpractices. There is a lot of exciting challenges ahead of us and the ideal candidate will have a passion for working on industrytransforming products and creating impact from the ground up in a fastpaced environment.
You should have demonstrated ability to make sense out of large integrated datasets and build data pipelines to serve machine learning (ML) models. For this role it is crucial to have prior handson experience developing and deploying end to end data pipelines with feature engineering to production in collaboration with data engineering software engineering ML engineering teams.

What youll do:

• Lead with autonomy: Take ownership of Gen AI projects from ideation to deployment pushing boundaries of innovation
• Design the future: Develop and finetune Generative AI models (LLMs diffusion models GANs VAEs etc. to optimize SCP business processes and enhance productivity;
• Empower AI agents: Create agent AI architectures for autonomous decisionmaking task delegation and multiagent collaboration using Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGPT.
• Innovate with LLMs: Build & optimize LLMs applications leveraging RAG and build robust Machine Learning pipelines for NLP Multimodal AI tasks;
• Work with cuttingedge tools: Harness the power of Vector Databases (e.g. Pinecone FAISS ChromaDB) and LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic Hugging Face Mistral Llama).
• Collaborate for impact: Partner with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into realworld applications like chatbots copilots automation tools etc..
• Stay ahead: Perform continuous research on stateoftheart AI methodologies exploring advancements in Generative AI Autonomous Agents and NLP to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications Must have

• 4 10 years of experience in in Machine Learning & Deep Learning and 2 years of experience in GenAI.
• Strong foundation with expertise in neural networks optimization techniques and model evaluation Experience with LLMs Transformer architectures (BERT GPT LLaMA Mistral Claude Gemini etc.. Proficiency in Python LangChain Hugging Face transformers MLOps.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning and multiagent systems for decisionmaking in dynamic environments. Knowledge of multimodal AI (integrating text image other data modalities into unified models.

Nicetohave skills

Experience with Prompt Engineering Finetuning and RAG techniques. Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and deployment tools like Docker Kubernetes FastAPI or Flask.
