Diversified Radiology is a thriving and growing 75 radiologist group founded in 1927 and partnered with US Radiology Specialists. Our practice is dedicated to providing quality subspecialized care and expertise in Denver Colorado and throughout the nation via teleradiology. Our practice is truly diversified providing diagnostic and interventional excellence to improve patient care with different hospital systems independent outpatient imaging centers tertiary care centers community hospitals specialty practices and standalone ED and urgent care centers in 18 states and growing. Our case mix and complexity rivals that of teaching hospitals but in a relaxed practice setting that values work/life balance.
SubSpecialty: 100 Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Interventional Radiology of Colorado (a division of Diversified Radiology) is expanding and invites a highly qualified customer serviceoriented GMEtrained vascular and interventional radiologist to join our subspecialized practice. Diversified Radiology values subspecialty care with our radiologists focusing almost exclusively on subspecialty procedures/reads. For this reason the interventional radiology position does not generally include/require reading neuro pediatric MSK breast or nuclear medicine studies. We staff all of our local partner hospitals and outpatient imaging centers with subspecialty coverage internal to Diversified Radiology. This position is also a partnership track opportunity. Participation in group committees and continual growth is encouraged. In addition Diversified offers internal moonlighting opportunities if desired.
Interventional Radiologist Position Requirements:
- GME trained Vascular and Interventional Radiologist
- ABR Board Certified/eligible
- Expertise and professional interest in performing complex hepatobiliary and liver/kidney transplant interventions UFE PAE ALI/CLI/PAD and PE/DVT interventions among other procedures
- General diagnostic radiology skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with comfort speaking with referring providers
Compensation Package/Benefits
- Salary: $420k (including $400k base $20k retention bonus) with partnership opportunities offering $500k$550k depending on productivity.
- Moving Allowance:$15000 if applicable
- Partnership Track: 1 year for candidates with 2 years of experience; 2 years for lessexperienced candidates.
- Productivity bonus: offered to associates and partners
- Fellowship Stipend: $1000 monthly stipend during fellowship for those signed with Diversified Radiology.
- Vacation:Generous time off with internal moonlighting options available.
- Insurance: Full malpractice insurance (professional liability) and health insurance for the employee and their family subject to eligibility.
- Other Benefits: 401k with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing after 1 year stock options student loan subsidy preferred rates for refinancing and a business expense account.
Workflow:
- PACS System:All imaging studies across our hospital systems and imaging partners are read using InteleViewer which integrates seamlessly with partner PACS systems. InteleViewer allows radiologists to work from a single platform and its Instant Messaging (IM) function facilitates communication between techs radiologists and our 24/7 inhouse radiology support team (ATC). Radiologists can easily share case links for second opinions.
- Dictation Software:We use PowerScribe 360 for dictation.
- Worklist Management:Clario Smart Worklist prioritizes cases for your assigned shift and launches InteleViewer when a case is selected. Cases can be manually selected or autolaunched with worklists optimized for urgency and efficiency.
- AI:AIdoc for detection of intracranial hemorrhage cervical spine fractures PE incidental PE.
- Credentialing and onboarding are fully supported by administrative staff.
- Radiology assistants and 24/7 IT support are available to ensure seamless workflow.
