Our broad service offering includes environmental consulting geotechnical services industrial hygiene construction materials testing and specialty testing.
What are we looking for
The Environmental Project Managerwill support the Building and Construction business by overseeing the Environmental projects in the St. Louis region. This position could travel 20 of the time depending on project load/location.
Shift/Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00AM5:00PM (may vary)
What youll do:
- Perform industrial hygiene services including asbestos indoor air quality and lead surveys
- Perform environmental services including Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs)
- Perform or assist in Phase II ESAs including soil and groundwater sampling
- Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports
- Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Ability to selfmanage and make decisions during all phases of a project
- Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- BS in Environmental Science Engineering Geology or related field
- 3 years of proven technical environmental consulting experience
- Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities
- Must be detailoriented and a team player with excellent communication analytical and organization as well as time and budget management skills
- Must be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to ones discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Valid Drivers License and reliable driving recordrequired
- Ability to travel up to 20 of the time
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift move push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound
- Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold)
- Ability to climb occasionally
