Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing non-routine/new initiatives ensuring successful planning execution and delivery aligned with organizational goals and ensuring operational efficiency. The Project Manager is also responsible for developing implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and providing training and support to ensure efficient and consistent operations.

What Youll Do:
Lead and oversee special projects assigned by the CEO for timely execution.
Develop project scope objectives deliverables project plans and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee the execution of projects coordinating resources tasks and deliverables.
Monitor project performance track key metrics and identify potential issues.
Facilitate project meetings manage risk assessments and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Create update and maintain SOPs for various processes and procedures to reflect changes in processes technology or regulations.
Provide ongoing training and support to employees on SOPs and related procedures.
Identify training needs and develop training plans and materials to ensure proper rollout to impacted department(s).
What Youll Bring:
1-2 years of office experience preferred. Scheduling experience is a plus!
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in project management or related field
