Job Description
We are hiring a Leasing and Marketing Manager for Our Organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Creating and implementing a plan for marketing the property
- Improving resident satisfaction
- Aggressively marketing the property through multiple media platforms including telephone text email and social media
- Performing followup with prospects per company guidelines
- Achieving full rental occupancy by advertising filling vacancies conducting tours drafting lease documentation negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms
- Assisting property owners with leasing their properties to prospective tenants
- Preparing lease documents and screening prospective tenants to qualify them
- Acting as a representative for property owners
