Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries through various channels. This is a fulltime position located in Mumbai Suburban Maharashtra India with an employment type of FullTime.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Fresher Graduates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good command over the English language



Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
  • Problemsolving and resolving customer complaints
  • Assist customers in navigating company products and services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
