Description:
A rapidly growing disaster restoration and cleaning company is look to hire an Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for the full management of disaster restoration projects; including meeting with customers and estimating jobs scheduling and managing production crews ensuring that our teams provide highquality work and interacting with communicating with and fielding questions and concerns from customers and property adjusters.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of restoration and cleaning industry
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Professional appearance and decorum
- Experienced team leader
- In depth knowledge and proficiency using Xactimate
- 3 years of managing mitigation and disaster restoration projects
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with customers explaining the restoration process and providing estimates using Xactimate.
- Scheduling managing and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed with a highquality of work and in a profitable manner.
- Resolve problems answer questions and communicate with customers and property casualty adjusters throughout the project.
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensuring that equipment is in working order.
