Role:Senior Manager
Designation: Senior Manager Client Experience
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Vice President Client Experience

About the opportunity:
What will you do
- Lead/manage multiple client programs
- Facilitate crossfunctional team integration
- Manage client expectations
- Be seen as a strategic leader by clients
- Mentor and train junior team members
You will be a good fit if you
- Possess 6 years work experience in a PR agency
- Have solid industry knowledge understanding of brands in the categories of Consumer and Lifestyle brands
- Possess project management capability and business acumen
- Are good at networking negotiation coordination and possess organization abilities
- Are an analytical thinker and can formulate insights
- Can effectively build internal and external relationships
